| A CLI subsidiary company operates the entire facility on an
incentive type contract. The responsibilities include management, operations, quality
control, labor relations, environmental and safety, procurement and other related
functions for a complete turnkey operation. The Homer City processing facility is a 1200 T.P.H. dual circuit, multi-gravity, heavy media cyclone plant. This facility processes approximately 3.5 million tons of steam coal per year for consumption in two 600 megawatt units at the Homer City Generating Station. |
